Lead Installer

Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for scheduling and instructing your team members as you work alongside of them. You will install a wide range of window and door projects in the commercial and residential market.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and supervise installation projects from start to finish

-Install windows, doors, sunrooms, storefront fenestration systems as well as other products.

– Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project requirements are met

– Prepare work areas by removing debris and ensuring proper safety measures are in place

– Provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

– Complete paperwork in neat, accurate and timely manner

– Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues

– Ability to meet with new customers to speak about FiberFrame products while conducting field measurements for proposals and production.

 

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Lead Installer – 2 years experience in the field

– Must be able to meet short deadlines and work variable hours when project requires

– Proficiency in using power tools and other equipment required for installation work

– Solid understanding of trim carpentry, door hanging, and window installation

– Valid drivers license w/clean driving record

– Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges on-site

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

– Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Pay

$70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Paid biweekly

Window Installer

Full Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking dependable person to join our team as a window installer. You will take measurements and help install or replace windows in both residential and commercial buildings. Carpentry skills desired, familiarity with power tools. Prior installation experience desired. If there is a slow period for installation, you would be assigned other duties, which could entail working on the production line.

After 90 days you will get a bonus and 1 week of paid vacation. After 180 days another bonus will be paid to you.
